my take on it:
17 more victims while US Ambassador being attacked and Assad is afraid the victims of atrocities of which their own children have been tortured to death, is now worried about the victims fighting back!? Give me a break!!!! Did you know the definition of Insane is used to describe a person who has "NO" sense of criminal responsibility, hello world? Does that sound like anyone we know? Who's name begins with Ass and ends with sad? Either one three things is happening her, either Assad thinks the world is "really" stupid, or Assad is really stupid, or Assad is really stupid for thinking the world is really stupid! Anyway you look at it, Assad is guilty of crimes against humanity, the entire world has seen the overwhelming evidence! Guilty Beyond Reasonable Doubt! Case Closed! Now put that wicked beast in a cage!
