Ratko Mladic due to appear before Yugoslav war crimes court - Telegraph: Bosnian Serb ex-military chief Ratko Mladic is due to go before the Yugoslav war crimes court today, with the UN’s first witness to testify on how he survived a mass execution in 1992.
