DEBKAfile:
No Arab ruler before him has gone to the bloody lengths Syrian President Bashar Assad went Sunday, July 31, on the eve of Ramadan on Aug. 1, to snuff out the five month-long protest against his regime. Before dawn, troops and tanks, indiscriminately blasting city streets with cannon, rocket-propelled grenades and heavy machine guns, stormed the two most active centers of resistance. By evening, the 4th division had killed 130 people and left 1,000 injured in Hama in the north, while the 7th division had left 20 dead and more than 100 injured in Deir al-Zour. And once again, the security services expressed their vicious disregard for human life by firing live ammunition at protesters at every opportunity. 2 people are reported killed, 1 in Latakia and another in Deraa, and dozens wounded.

“The real protagonists of this youthful revolt cannot gather to strategize, debate the way forward or select representatives,” Sly wrote.. “An attempt to link a conference of exiles in Istanbul with an assembly of domestic opponents in Damascus this month was abandoned because security forces surrounded the site and killed demonstrators the day before, making it too dangerous for participants to attend.”

JUSTICE has been LOST!! REWARD OFFERED!! Return to Freedom Fighters Worldwide!
Crimes against humanity are violating the rights and freedoms of all humanity, not just one race. There is only one race, the human race. Crimes against humanity ruin the quality of life for everyone. Assad Bashar, Gaddafi and Mubarak and many more have violated my freedoms. I do not enjoy my freedoms when my sisters and brothers are being murdered tortured and raped. I am not able to pursue happiness when I see children raped and tortured to death. I cannot and will not look the other way, nor will I pretend it is not my problem. It is a problem that we are "all" accountable for, and tolerating these violations for any reason, is another way of participating by allowing it to continue. If I, even now stop looking, stop listening to protesters of crimes against humanity, I have committed a crime against humanity myself by selfishly not having time to help. My education, employment and leisure activities are not more important than the lives of innocent people, namely my brothers and sisters of humanity. I am my brother's keeper. This is true, my heart tells me it is so. I am not deaf to hear the 'still small voice within' which has turned into screams for this unnecessary suffering to stop. I feel the suffering of so many mothers who have lost their children due to crimes against humanity, and my deep concern for the health and well-being of children will not fade away, until justice has been served, so the healing process can begin. A good word from world leaders will not stop this violence. Enforcement is urgently required. There are enough voices from freedom fighters -their demands can be heard. They can speak for themselves. I am only trying to amplify their voice. But my voice must also be heard. I am only asking that world leaders listen to the victims and freedom fighters / demonstrators instead of listening to the criminals /dictators. Justice requires hearing out, requires listening, requires looking, seeing, and applying enforcement to international codes of conduct, eliminating conflict of interest, as applied within the courts of justice. This must be addressed by world leaders according to the highest of ethical standards. This is NOT WHAT I AM SEEING! I wonder, what exactly are they leading, if not justice? Where is justice? Lost! Please return Justice as Soon As Possible! Many lives of innocent people are in serious danger. Please address. Divine Love that brings the only meaning to all life will be the final judge of your action or inaction. Seek out the greater meaning and purpose of life. It is certainly not for the purpose of playing with trinkets, and not for violating the rights of others. Violence is everybody's business. Crimes against humanity will no longer be tolerated by the world. God is our witness. Watch.

This situation is still imposed by the state of emergency in Syria since 1963 the date of arrival of the Baath Party to power.. We ask God to bestow His mercy and grant Mahmoods family patience and solace. It was a peaceful demonstrations after Friday prayers of the Omari Mosque in the old town in the city of Dara in south western Syria. One of the causes of these demonstrations is that the Syrian security forces ( Al Mukhabarat ) arrested more than 20 children (9-12 years) from the city of Daraa in one of the security branches in Damascus because these children have repeated slogans which they have seen in the Al-Jazeera and in many other news networks TV such as ( people want to overthrow the regime) during a break in the playground of their primary school. The mothers of the kids went last Wednesday to see their children in Damascus, but unfortunately the security forces ( Al Mukhabarat ) there have insulted these ladies in a very ugly and uncivilized way which raised the tension of the people of Daraa city. The general atmosphere in Syria right now is bad due to the suppression of the Syrian regime for the basic freedoms of people and the arrest and discredit opponents. The last of these arrests is of the young girl Tal Almlouhi (16 years ) because she expressed an opinion at the request of freedom for its people and the people of Palestine and all people of the world. WELL ... DO YOU AGREE WITH ME , THAT WE HAVE A BLOODY SUPPRESSIVE REGIME IN SYRIA? They will do much more than that but it will only make us more determined to get our FREEDOM. FREEDOM .... It is worth it guys.

Syria People say "Thank You Anderson Cooper " - American Hero - Homs 6-10-11
An 11 second video clip from last month I just came across that is definitely worthy for Americans to see. June 10, 2011 in Homs. Anderson Cooper is a real Hero and a Straight Talking, Straight Shooting Stand up Guy. He sees a tyrant like Mubarak or Gaddafi or Assad and he exposes their crimes against humanity and always stands with the Common Man. As opposed to Anderson Cooper, there are, on the other side, a pack of liberal slime-bags like Hillary Clinton, John Kerry, Nancy Pelosi and Jimmy Carter, amongst many other scumbags who have all gone to Damascus to pay homage to Assad and who have, and continue to, praised Assad as a would-be reformer, even though Assad heads a family dictatroship that has ruled and ruined our nation for over 41 years, slaughtering over 120,000 people in the 1980's alone and keeping us prisoners of poverty, corruption and oppression. The worst Liberal is actually Dennis Kucinich, who appears to be an out an out Collaborator with the Assad Police State, visiting Assad on a number of occasions and going on Syria TV to praise the Dictator. Kucinich is tied in with a number of Christian Syrian outfits and personalities in Ohio and Michigan who support the Assad dictatorship as they see the Dictatorship as protecting Christians in Syria against a non-existent extremist sunni movement. Lots of Christian Syrians are throwing in their lot with the Dictator as the regime is ruled by an Alawite religious sect who brutally slaughter Sunnis and who keep Sunnis as political second class citizens, which pleases some in the Christian community. Christians need to understand that the rise of Majority Sunni rule in Syria is inevitable and there will be inevitable repercussions against those Christians and others in Syria who are supporting the Assad Terror Regime, and; therefore, Christians who support Assad and oppose Democracy and Freedom for Syria out of fear of persecution are actually creating a self-fulfilliing prophecy. In any event, Anderson Cooper is a real American and a Real World Citizen and a Role model that other Newscasters and world leaders should admire and copy.

The narrator on the video keeps yelling out things to the effect that there is a family trapped inside, that one person has escaped and he is yelling for the family to go to upper floors in the building.
The Army of Syria Dictator Bashar Assad has laid siege to Homs for the past week, using machine guns, tanks, armored cars and artillery weaponry on the unarmed Citizenry. Scores have been killed and wounded in the Regimes Vengeful attacks, which are meant to crush a huge pro Democracy movement in Homs, which is Syria's 4th largest City.

22 July 2011 –
The United Nations special advisers on genocide prevention and the principle of responsibility to protect today voiced alarm at persistent reports of widespread and systematic human rights violations perpetrated by security forces in Syria, saying that crimes against humanity may have been committed.
Francis Deng, the Special Adviser of the Secretary-General on the Prevention of Genocide and Edward Luck, the Special Adviser on the Responsibility to Protect, said that Syrian security forces have reportedly continued to kill civilians and make arbitrary arrests.
Serious violations of international human rights law are reported to have systematically occurred in the context of the attacks on civilians, they said in a joint statement to the media.
“Based on available information, the Special Advisers consider that the scale and gravity of the violations indicate a serious possibility that crimes against humanity may have been committed and continue to be committed in Syria,” said Mr. Deng and Mr. Luck. ... read more ...

I had hoped the United Nations would defend innocent civilians from brutal attacks by their own government / Assad Bashar, but after writing them almost every day for three months, I assumed public officials were in violation of ICC's "codes of conduct" with discrimination against Syrian Civilians because of "conflict of interest" is direct with these crimes against humanity, as abuse of power and for money. I am holding my breath to see if the United Nations will actually take action ... I pray, United Nations MUST AT LEAST issue an warrant for Assad's arrest for crimes against humanity as systematic atrocities "exactly" as described in the Roman Statute Element of Crimes under Murder Torture and Rape of children women youth men elderly and even people with developmental disabilities.

Psychospiritual Death and Rebirth: A Visionary Journey
In this slide-illustrated lecture, we will explore the dynamics and symbolism of the process of psychospiritual death and rebirth and its relationship to the trauma of birth, using the paintings from depth psychological work with psychedelic substances and Holotropic Breathwork. The understanding of this process is essential not only for psychiatry and psychology, but also for any serious approach to the ritual and spiritual history of humanity - shamanism, rites of passage, healing ceremonies of native cultures, ancient mysteries of death and rebirth, the great religions of the world, and the mystical traditions of all times and countries. The insights from this work also throw new light on artistic creations from ancient times to the modern era and on sociopolitical events, such as wars, revolutions, and genocide. “Sectarian violence in Syria raises fears,” screamed the headline of a Washington Post article on the murder Tuesday of 16 Syrians in the city of Homs, which lies 100 miles north of Damascus. Admitting that "confirming details" of what happened are hard to come by in a city under siege, the Post's Beirut-based correspondent Liz Sly nonetheless gives a dire reading of an impending civil war:
[B]ased on interviews with witnesses on both sides of the divide and a medical worker who tracked the violence and collected the bodies, it appears that the tensions soared after a crowd of Alawites armed with sticks surrounded a mosque in a Sunni neighborhood shortly before the noontime prayers on Friday and began chanting anti-Sunni slogans.
Sunnis responded by abducting three Alawites and on Saturday, their bullet-ridden bodies were found dumped in a Sunni neighborhood of the city. Alawites went on a rampage, looting and burning Sunni shops. In the melee, at least three Sunnis were killed, including a 27-year-old woman who was gunned down when she stepped outside her home in a majority Alawite neighborhood. One activist said that six Sunnis were killed, bringing the total number of deaths in the tit-for-tat killings to nine, though the medical worker who saw the bodies could only confirm a total of six.”

List "Assad Bashar Crimes" is updated several times daily, but only a small fraction of Assad Bashar crimes are posted on this list, because it would take posting 24 hours a day, seven days a week to post them all.
My mailbox has 1000's of reports of Assad Bashar Crimes that I have not had the time to share, because numerous reports are sent to me every single hour, 24/7.
This list consists of approximately 5% of the reports "I have received" on Assad Bashar crimes, and I am not receiving them all!
Crimes are "literally" being committed faster than one person can post them! :(
I think world leaders are NOT doing a very good job at stopping this child-killer! I think the world's citizens may have to do it.
I am an Ordained Minister, mother, grandmother, vegetarian, animal rights activist, but I would personally assassinate Assad Bashar just to stop the violence and to make the world a safer place for children, and I would "know" that God would be okay with it --that's how Evil Assad Bashar is.
Assad Bashar's "supposed" supporters are forced to "pretend they support him" because their children are being held hostage, and they have been threatened they will never see their child alive again if they do not show up at the Assad Supporters rally. THIS IS THE TRUTH, THE WHOLE TRUTH, AND NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH, SO HELP ME GOD!
Sick, sick, sick world we live in! And now Assad Bashar has thugs posting false news to counter the world's protest against him.

Largest Ever Protests in Syria as Opposition Meets in Turkey | Care2 Causes
quote from article:
Friday protests in Syria have become routine since residents of the southern city of Deraa first demonstrated following the arrest of a group of teenagers for writing anti-government graffiti. This past Friday was no different, with what some said were the largest protests yet since March. Significantly, protests also occurred in the capital of Damascus and its suburbs. Al Jazeera reports that at least 32 were killed on Friday and five more on Saturday, when tens of thousands attended funerals for those who died in clashes with security forces.
Also on Saturday, at least 400 members of the opposition, including both conservative Islamists and secular liberals, met in the National Salvation Congress in Istanbul and called for a campaign of civil disobedience to force President Bashar al-Assad from power. Activists in Damascus had planned to hold a conference at the same time, but had cancelled it after the violence the day before; they were able to participate in Saturday’s conference via telephone. Said Wael al Hafez, one of the conference participants:
“We want to raise the intensity of the peaceful confrontation by civil disobedience and to choke the regime economically and paralyse the state with the least damage.”
There was talk of forming a shadow government at the conference, but the idea was abandoned over concerns that it would “monopolise” the opposition. As the BBC reports, the Saturday meeting also “exposed divisions” among the opposition, with Kurdish activists “who have long complained about discrimination – pulling out” after saying they were marginalized by others and their issues ignored.
US Secretary of State Hilary Clinton, who is currently visiting in Turkey — which was once a close ally of Assad but has recently joined those calling for reforms — said:
“What’s happening in Syria is very uncertain and troubling because many of us had hoped that President Assad would make the reforms that were necessary.
“The brutality has to stop, there must be a legitimate sincere effort with the opposition to try to make changes.”
Earlier this week, Clinton had said that Assad has “lost legitimacy” and is “not indispensible.” On Monday, the US and French embassies in Damascus were attacked by pro-Assad supporters, a few days after both the US and French ambassadors had visited Hama where wide-scale anti-government protests have occurred amid calls for Assad to step down.
Also early last week, the Syrian government held a two-day “national dialogue” which many opposition figures refused to attend. The government continues to blame “armed gangs” for the violence — according to recent interviews with Syrian soldiers, BBC journalist Ian Pannell interviews Syrian soldiers, who say they have been ordered to fire on civilians.
The video below shows a protest in Deir Ezzor, site of some of Friday’s largest protests.

QUOTE:
Hama area Pro Democracy Syrian Protester has his Head blown off by fascist troops of baath party Dictator Bashar Al Assad. This is the only real "dialogue" or "reform" that the Syrian Dictatorship is offering to the pro Democracy protesters, and the US liberals, also known as "libtards" need to realize. Just today Hillary Clinton made a statement that the opposition needs to work with the Regime in charting our nation's future, which is an outrageous demand by her. Syrian protesters are chanting in the street by the millions "NO DIALOGUE WITH DICTATORS" but Hillary and Obama have yet to reaize that Assad is a lost cause they need to dump.

Happy pro Democracy Syrians loudly chant: "The People and the Army are One Hand" - (ie: english tanslation of "one hand" means "united") Video clip claims that "hundreds" of occupying army soldiers from the Syrian Regime have just defected and switched sides and joined the pro freedom pro Democracy movement in the city of Al Bukamal, Syria, bringing a number of tanks with them.
The slimy slick talking fascist Dictator Assad and his atheist alawite ruling class mafia buddies have a big problem on their hands today now that numerous Army soldiers defected and joined people in the City of Al Bukamal, Syria today, July 16, 2011. especially as the soldiers also brought along at least three tanks with them.
The Sunni soldiers in the Army need to rebel and to turn their guns around and target and sieze power in their units and Brigades and then march on Damascus and destroy the 4th Army Brigade of Maher Al Assad, which is a terrorist gang of Alawite serial killers who have been responsible for much of the slaughter of peaceful Syria Civilians over the past 4 months of protests

Syria Martyrs of Dictator Assad prepared for Burial - Damascus Al Qaboun - 7-16-11
A number of people who were shot to death by Syria Dictator Assad on Friday July 16, 2011 are prepared for their funeral and burial on Saturday. Tens of Thousands of people in Damascus will shortly join the funeral procession that will wind through the streets of Damascus where participants will be loudly calling for the overthrow of the fascist baath party police state of Bashar al Assad, who presides over a violent military dictatorship that has spanned the course of 50 years, in which time the Assad Regime has slaughtered tens of thousands of opponents and pro democracy advocates. One reason Assad went on a killing spree in Damascus yesterday was to stop an opposition conference meeting, which was slated to meet via satellite hookup with a simultaneous meeting of exiled opposition figures who were meeting in Turkey. Assad has his troops storm the neighborhood where the meeting was to take place in a rented wedding hall and this is where he killed approx 15 of the dead protesters yesterday, forcing the cancellation of the Damascus arm of the conference.

The spread of violence to the capital may be the beginning of the end of Syrian President Bashar Assad, who has lost virtually all sympathy outside of Russia, Iran and Lebanon. Syrian forces killed at least 23 people in Damascus and it suburbs on Friday, the worst carnage in the capital since the beginning of the four-month old Arab Spring uprising.
The army attacked a group of dissidents planning to hold a conference towards forming a shadow government and unifying the opposition, something that the uprising has been lacking. At least 14 opposition members were shot dead, and the owner of the building where the conference was to take place was threatened by secret police, sources told Reuters.
Meanwhile, protests and more killings continued in other parts of the country Friday and Saturday as the death toll rises beyond the estimated 1,500. More than 20,000 others have been detained or have “disappeared.”
Assad retains the support of his army, but the video of protesters freely mounting tanks is a sign that the loyalty is weakening. Last month, soldiers turned their guns on more than 100 comrades who tried fleeing across the Turkish border. The official SANA government news agency told the public that the soldiers that the defectors actually loyal soldiers who were allegedly killed by “armed gangs” who supposed are sowing dissidence in the country.

AMMAN (Reuters) ? Syrian forces swept through a northwestern border region on Sunday to stem an exodus of refugees to Turkey that is raising international pressure on President Bashar al-Assad, witnesses and a rights activist said.
Syrian human rights campaigner Ammara Qurabi also accused pro-government forces of attacking people who were helping the refugees as they tried to escape from a widening military assault to crush protests against Assad’s autocratic rule.
The head of the International Committee of the Red Cross was due in Damascus on Sunday to discuss expanding its relief effort with Syrian officials.

ISTANBUL, July 16 (Reuters) - A meeting of Syrian opposition figures in Istanbul ended late on Saturday with the election of a 25-member National Salvation council composed of Islamists, liberals and independents.
"We shall work towards reaching out towards other opposition groups to lead the country towards the democratic vision we have," Haitham al-Maler told Reuters at the conclusion of the often fractious one-day meeting.
The meeting took place a day after the biggest demonstrations so far in Syria by protesters seeking an end to 41 years of Assad family rule. On Friday, President Bashar al-Assad's troops killed at least 32 civilians, including 23 in the capital Damascus.
During the Istanbul meeting, the opposition groups appeared divided over whether to form a government-in-waiting or wait to see how the uprising unfolds.
They finally compromised on forming the council which will meet on Sunday to appoint an 11-member committee. A further meeting will seek to tighten bonds between the opposition groups.
Of the close to 350 people who attended the opposition congress, many were Syrian exiles who had left the country years earlier.
The meeting had hoped to join members of the opposition inside Syria via a video link to a conference in Damascus, but that was called off after Syrian security forces targeted the venue as part of Friday's crackdown in the capital.
During the meeting, tribal leaders complained they were not being given the recognition they deserved, while some Kurdish factions withdrew from the meeting, and liberals fretted over the size of the Islamist block.

Quote: Burial for Martyr shot inside Sunni Mosque by Assad Regime - Idlib 7-15-11
Syria Revolution Martyr Muhammad Sayyed Eesa has huge funeral in Idlib today, July 15, 2011. Muhammad was shot to death by shotgun blasts to the chest from Alawite Baath Party Assad Regime Thugs today inside a Mosque. The Regime forces surrounded the Mosque and then some of them went in and started attacking and shooting worshippers. This is so incredibly "Haram" in the eyes of Allah (sacriligeous attack on people praying within their place of worship on their weekly holy day) Places of worship have traditionally been off -limits in times of conflict around the world; however, the atheist alawite baath party specializes in attacking Sunnis inside mosques, and todays murder of Muhammad Sayyed Eesa is just one of many atrocities the Assad Regime has perpetrated upon the Syrian people during their 50 year Regime of Terror.

Many of these detainees are being tortured by the regime in horrendous gruesome ways and many have already been killed in secret by the sadistic alawite secret police.

Brave Syrian Protesters stick it up Assad's Ass by Protesting for Democracy in Meza, Damascus. July 15, 2011 - This place is crawling with fascist regime henchmen and thugs and these protesters risk arrest, torture and death by calling for Democracy publically in this neighborhood.
Meza used to be farms until the regime plowed over the farms and put up apartment buildings for Rifaat Assads fascist alawite thug army. The neighborhood then continued to grow and there are a lot of middle and upper class people now living there, including many Regime Criminals, secret police and other low-life Baath Party Scum and Thugs. Of course there are thousands of normal people here as well as most normal people hate the Regime and support the protesters. Meza should be a "safe" place for the fascist regime but these brave Freedom protesters are showing that people in Meza also hate Assad and are telling him to pack his things and get his Ass out of Syria as he is not a war criminal who is not welcome here.
