Red Cross chief presses for more aid access, cease-fire in Syria: Red Cross chief Jakob Kellenberger was meeting with top Syrian officials in Damascus on Tuesday in a bid to get greater aid access to those wounded and displaced in the crisis-torn country and to press for a daily humanitarian cease-fire.
