My family's life is full of danger in Afghanistan due to one of My brothers was an army and my other brother worked as an advocate of women's,Human rights & a lawyer. Because of his work in the field of women's rights and human rights my brother imprisonment again and again finally he was forced to leave his fatherland. But we are in Afghanistan Taliban always threaten us cause of my brother's job!
Once in April 2021 my brother was defence lawyer of a woman to get divorce cause her husband was broken her hand then her husband beat my brother, he was 2 days with her husband.
Than my brother complain to the government no one take any action.
Now he search my brother everywhere.
He say if I find him I will kill him.
There were lots of documents in our home but we burn all of them for fear of Taliban they always come and search our home.
USA and other western countries just give refuge to those who were help them my brother always fight for women's right nowadays women are helpless they can't help him and there is no one to help him.
Taliban looted his office & they burn all the documents and files.
In 15 of August when the Taliban took control of Afghanistan they released all prisoner who were culpable and those who hustle women.
After Taliban took control of Afghanistan they came several times to our home and they search our home again and again. They always threaten us with violence.
Even I can't go out of my home cause of new government's law.
Once I went to an office to tell them to not search our home again and again cause my brothers are not in Afghanistan the officer told me, that it will be your last time that you come alone here Islam doesn't allow women to go out of home with out intimate.
My father died 6 years ago, My brothers were the only breadwinner of our home. But now one of them is in Turkey in detention We contacted with a lawyer she told us Unfortunately, the litigation process takes a long time in Turkey. Therefore, do not expect a quick response from the court . We are in Afghanistan the new government doesn't allow women to work there for we need to seek refuge, my other brother who was in army is at home we hide him cause of fear of Taliban. My other brother has some mental problems. I was a student of Psychology in my last semester. I taught several subjects to women at my home but now I'm hopeless I can't teach due to we live in a hide place cause of fear of taliban.
This condition of our life excruciated me & my family two moths ago we decided to left Afghanistan & go to Turkey unlawfully but my brother told us don't come due to it is 4th time that police of Turkey deport me. We need to live, study, work but new government don't allow us to live.
All those prisoner which were released by Taliban threaten us they told us if we find any member of your family or your nephew or niece we will kidnap them!
After 15 of August we decamped several times.
