Save Yazidis from Genocide. Project Abraham needs to raise $70,000 over the next 70 days.: The Mozuud Freedom Foundation (Mozuud.org) Project Abraham needs to raise $70,000 over the next 70 days. Save two Yazidi families who have fled the genocidal onslaught of ISIS. These families are now in Turkey barely surviving in refugee camps. We need your help now! The Yazidi are the most persecuted people of the Middle East. ISIS has declared that it will kill all their men and enslave their women. They have already killed thousands of men, and raped and enslaved thousands of women and girls. It is reported on the news every day. Neither the Iraqis, the Kurds nor the Coalition forces today fighting ISIS in Iraq and Syria are willing to help them. The Yazidi are alone . The Mozuud Freedom Foundation is working hand in hand with the Yazidi Human Rights Organization to bring two families to Canada. If we do not advocate for the Yazidi and help them leave the camps where they are now persecuted by their Muslim hosts, thousands will die. Their situation is as dire and perilous as it was for the Jews of Europe in the late 1930s. The Canadian government has not yet decided to help Yazidi refugees come to Canada but WE CAN! If we can raise $35,000 then the government will allow us to sponsor a family of six to come and enjoy the right and freedoms that we hold dear. As citizens of a vibrant democracy let us show that we care. “My name is Mirza Ismail. I am a Yazidi who was born and raised in the mountains of the Sinjar in Kurdistan in Iraq. I escaped Iraq to Syria by foot and then came to Canada some years ago. My people, the Yazidi have been targeted by the Islamic state. The violence against us continues. I am the President of the Yazidi Human Rights Organization. Please help us by donating to Project Abraham!”.
