Surprisingly the Japanese Fisheries Agency announced on April 3, 2014 that it renounced its campaign of fishing in Antarctica!
An earthquake in the country of the rising sun or whale meat is highly appreciated.
The decision of the ICC has thus had more weight than the moratorium on whale hunting stop.
a conflict that lasts and a hijacked moratorium
Since 1986 a moratorium did entitle the whaling for scientific purposes, the Japan was then plunged into the legal breach wielding a nickname research program: Jarpa I then Jarpa II.
It is also in this regard that the Australia had seized the CJI to compel Japan to cease its activities.
It would be more than 10,000 whales, which would have been driven to almost 22 years...
It is however a battle won but hostilities remain open because the Japan has stated that it will continue - through the Japanese Fisheries Agency - to hunt whales in the North Pacific.
Still bet that the NGO Australian Sea Shepherd would continue to oppose. NGOs who also lost a boat in Antarctic when as a Japanese ship deliberately put the cap on a ship sea shepherd to harpoon it...
An Ocean of question
Today, one wonders how the Japan could for nearly 30 years hunt with impunity the whale without that anyone find anything was wrong.
How can the man chaser as exceptional as the whale marine mamiphere? Both engage in the consumption of dogs cats and hamsters, dolphins and storks...
Can how human beings also polished, civilized and sensitive such as the Japanese prove to be as cruel and greedy?
Why this fishery is unbearable?

Fait étonnant l’agence des pêches japonaises a annoncé le 3 avril 2014 qu’elle renonçait à sa campagne de pêche dans l’Antarctique!
Un séisme au pays du soleil levant ou la chair de baleine est très appréciée.
La décision de la CJI aura donc eu plus de poids que le moratoire sur l’arrêt de la chasse à la baleine.

Depuis 1986 un moratoire n’autorisait la chasse à la baleine qu’à des fins scientifiques, le Japon avait alors plongé dans la brèche juridique en brandissant un pseudo programme de recherche : Jarpa I puis Jarpa II.
C’est d’ailleurs à ce titre que l’Australie avait saisi la CJI afin de contraindre le Japon à cesser ses activités.

C’est cependant une bataille de gagnée mais les hostilités restent ouvertes car le Japon a déclaré qu’il continuera – via l’agence des pêches japonaises – à chasser la baleine dans le Pacifique Nord.
Reste à parier que l’ONG australienne Sea Sheperd continuera de s’opposer. ONG qui a d’ailleurs perdu un bateau en antarctique lorsque qu’un navire japonais mis délibérément le cap sur un navire sea Sheperd afin de le harponner…
Un Ocean de question
On se demande aujourd’hui comment le Japon a pu pendant près de 30 annees chasser impunement la Baleine sans que quiconque n’y trouve rien a redire.
Comment l’homme peut chaser un mamiphère marin aussi exceptionnel que la Baleine? Autant se lancer dans la consommation de chiens de chats et de hamsters, de dauphins et de cigognes…
Comment des êtres aussi polis, civilisés et sensibles tel que les Japonais peuvent-ils se révéler aussi cruels et avides?
Pourquoi cette pêche est insupportable?
Tout simplement parce que les pêcheurs harponnent en premier les petits, la mère complètement perdue restera jusqu’à la fin pour essayer de protéger sa progéniture, ainsi nos marins japonnais dezinguent toute une famille avec une logique de destruction qui fait peur…
