UN News - Syria: UN senior official warns of legal consequences to human rights crimes: Violence against civilians caught in the Syrian conflict will not go unpunished, the United Nations human rights chief warned today, while also urging the Security Council to refer the case of Syria to the International Criminal Court (ICC).
