Western Fleets May Head To Syria To Evacuate Civilians - Or For Something Else?: Britain has contingency plans to send a powerful fleet to Syria; France may even send an aircraft carrier; Russia is sending 11 ships; and then there are the Americans. Are they all there just to bring back any evacuated civilians?
