The last day of the year was not the last day of killing and the Assad forces did not take a break to stop shedding the Syrian blood. Today, in Homs, the presence of the Arab delegation did not stop Assad forces from attacking the funeral of al-Masri family members who were killed yesterday under torture. The attack on the funeral resulted in injuring tens of people, some were critically injured. Even two of the bodies that were being mourned got shot by the security forces.

While the delegation continues to go around the neighborhood in an attempt to capture the misery of the residents, the residents of Homs remain determined to ensure that their suffering and their voices are relayed despite the danger activists could face after meeting the delegation.
