UNICEF Appeals for Free Air Lift of Emergency Aid to Horn of Africa: "The U.N. Children’s Fund has appealed to the air transport industry for free or discounted cargo space to help transport emergency nutritional supplies to the Horn of Africa. UNICEF says hundreds of thousands of malnourished children urgently need treatment to stay alive."
