Wendy Wyatt: United Nations Must Send Criminals that Violate the Rome Statutes with "evidence of crimes" to International Criminal Court immediately for investigation. Murder Torture Rape are among extreme violations that must be addressed immediately! The World is Watching Violations of the Rome Statutes daily, and the World is taking this Seriously!
