Action is Required Immediately! Maybe United Nations and International Criminal Court were lazy jobs until internet communication opened, whatever the case, this excuse is insufficient. Laws require enforcement! Unnecessary suffering and loss of life is due to lack of administration and lack of law enforcement! Clean house, Change International Management and the World has the right to be involved in this Transition that the World Demands Immediately!
