It is strange that oil, commodities, exports, currency rates, loan rates, stocks all attract more attention from the public than human atrocities. I am not going to stop reporting crime, but I guess sharing with the world financial matters is where the control of power really is. ... in other words money is more important than the lives of thousands of innocent people to those who have power, so that's what we are really fighting in the material world.
.. seems like a scary thought on the spiritually level, but on the activist level it is an important fact.
sad. ...but true. Have a lot of psychology reading to do, Psychopathology and Diagnosis, and Psychology of Culture and Emotion, awesome classes, and TOTALLY AWESOME Instructors .. of course human rights always has a way of working itself into my papers, and definitely will be addressed in my dissertation. I am so excited about all the reading and writing I have to do .. but while working, I am so worried about Syria, I say a prayer and light a candle so the energy of it will symbolically be my prayer without ceasing while I study.
I know it will unfold as a process of Allah / God's Will be done "So on Earth as it is Heaven" not on Earth as it is in Hell.
