Murder Torture Rape are among extreme violations that must be addressed immediately! The World is Watching Violations of the Rome Statutes daily, and the World is taking this Seriously! Action is Required Immediately! Maybe United Nations and International Criminal Court were lazy jobs until internet communication opened, whatever the case, this excuse is insufficient.
