Syrian rebels state William Hague's £5m aid is hopelessly inadequate - Telegraph: The rebel leader of the assault on Aleppo has mocked William Hague's offer of £5 million of 'non-lethal' aid to Syria's armed opposition as hopelessly inadequate for fighters facing fighter jets and tanks.
